If you’re into exotic and flavorful dishes, then you’ll love this Mediterranean style gourmet pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounce of lean ground beef
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper

  • arrow-right1 red onion

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Mix the ground beef, onions, garlic, cumin, and coriander in a bowl. Add hot sauce if desired. You may also add salt and pepper to your liking.

3. Take out the pita bread and bake it for 3 minutes on a baking sheet.

4. Spread the mixture from the bowl to the pitas. Make sure that you can cover the bread.

5. Bake the pita bread for 10 to 15 minutes.

6. Add some more hot sauce, salt, and pepper if you want more flavor. After that, add yogurt and almonds on top.

Cuban Gourmet Pizza

This Cuban gourmet pizza sandwich combines the ingredients of a classic Cuban sandwich into an actual pie. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of dough
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 chopped pickle

Instructions:

  4. Place the mozzarella cheese on the dough and spread it evenly.

  7. Grill it for around two minutes and open up the pizza.
  8. Turn off the grill and brush some olive oil on the top of the pie.
  9. Grill for another 3 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese melts.
  10. After 3 minutes take out the gourmet pizza and serve.

Grilled Christmas Pizza

We’ve got the perfect pie for the holidays— a grilled gourmet pizza that’s green, white, and red. This is great for your Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of dough
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts
  • 1 pounds of squash
  • arrow-right½ cup of ricotta cheese
  • arrow-right2 cups of basil leaves
  • arrow-right1 clove of garlic
  • arrow-right1 Jalapeno

Instructions:

  1. Set up the grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Add a bit of lemon juice and olive oil. You can also add some salt if there’s not enough flavor. The resulting concoction will be your pesto.
  3. Put aside the mixture and then slice the squash. Place the slices into a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the olive oil and a bit of salt over the squash.
  5. Grill the squash for around 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Create small circles from the dough. Around 7 inches will do for the dough.
  7. Grill the dough for 4 minutes or until the crust heats up a bit.
  8. When you take out the pie, spread the pesto on the dough then place the squash slices on top.
  9. Spread some ricotta cheese on top of that and sprinkle chopped jalapeno.
  10. Cover up the gourmet pizza and grill for another two minutes until the cheese melts.

Thin Crust Veggie Pizza

If you’re a genuine gourmet pizza lover but need to stick to a strict healthy diet, this is a great alternative recipe that you can try out. 

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of tortillas
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 red pepper
  • arrow-right2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic
  • arrow-rightGoat cheese or mascarpone cheese
  • arrow-right¼ cup of basil leaves
  • arrow-right¾ cup of marinara sauce

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese or goat cheese

  7. Spread out the mixture on the bread slices and put an artichoke on each slice.

  9. Bring out the slices and sprinkle lemon juice over them. Add the chives.

  • 1 pound of dough
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  1. Toast the waffles using your toaster.
